- CRYSTAL THERAPY -
In crystal therapy sessions crystals are intuitively placed on and around the clients body to aid in deep relaxation, healing, cleansing, grounding, etc. While the crystals are attuning to your vibration aka working their magic, Reiki and ancient shamanic healing techniques may be practiced to further assist the client in working through energetic findings.

- REIKI -
Energy healing. “Rei” means higher power and “ki” means life force energy. Reiki is the allowance of universal energy to flow though one to another. When Reiki is practiced, spirit, guides, angels, universe, God and all beings of light are called in to the space to assist in the healing needs of the client. Hands on healing may include gentle touch and hovering of hands over the energetic and physical body.
